However, normal wear and tear, comfort preferences, improper use, stains, burns, or damage caused by an unsuitable foundation are not covered.

To maintain warranty validity, the mattress must be used with proper support and care. If a covered defect occurs, NapComfort will repair or replace the mattress as per the warranty terms. Proof of purchase is required for any claims. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
