Warranty Information For Matteress
This warranty covers sagging or indentations greater than 1 to 1.5 inches, physical flaws in the foam that cause it to split or crack, and defects in the cover, including faulty stitching or zipper issues.
However, normal wear and tear, comfort preferences, improper use, stains, burns, or damage caused by an unsuitable foundation are not covered.
To maintain warranty validity, the mattress must be used with proper support and care. If a covered defect occurs, NapComfort will repair or replace the mattress as per the warranty terms. Proof of purchase is required for any claims. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Sagging & Indentations – Most warranties cover sagging deeper than 1 to 1.5 inches (varies by brand). Normal wear and minor body impressions are not covered. Manufacturing Defects – Includes issues with foam, springs, or stitching.Zipper & Cover Defects – If the cover or zipper has defects from manufacturing, it might be covered. Broken Coils or Foam Splitting – If materials fail under normal use, it’s usually included.
